High Stretch Bag Film - Green

Airtech’s Stretchlon® 200 vacuum bag film is a high performance, high stretch bagging film generally used as the top layer in a vacuum bag layup. With an elongation of 500%, this film is ideal for bagging parts with multiple contours or in a female tool, for its excellent ability to stretch into complex features.

High Stretch Bag Film is not affected by a low humidity environment and is recommended for use with epoxy resins. The High Stretch Bag Film requires sealant tape for sealing and is suitable in vacuum bagging applications up to 250°F (121°C) and debulking operations.
