White Peel Ply

Our White Peel Ply is a polyester release fabric coated with a specially designed release agent to prevent bonding with resin. Often used as the first barrier between the composite laminate and the rest of the vacuum bagging materials, peel plies are designed to allow resin to bleed through the material producing a textured, bondable finished surface while the release coating provides easy release from the cured laminate.

The White Peel Ply contains less release than the Blue Peel Ply and can be used in conventional vacuum bagging, resin infusion and prepreg part manufacturing. It is suitable in vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C) and is not recommend for use with phenolic systems.
