CANCELLATION: The Buyer can cancel an order within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Cancellations granted after this time frame are subject to a 15% processing/restocking fee. If cancellation is requested for custom orders, the Seller must notify the Buyer in a sensible time frame. Dependent on order status, charges may be applicable for labor and/or material costs. An order cancellation form must be completed and submitted for approval. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason seen as appropriate.
RETURNS: Returns are acceptable within 30 days of invoice date if: (i) it is in new condition, suitable for resale and with all its original parts and (ii) it has not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered or damaged, and may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Custom orders, sale items or cut yardage, including prepregs, and/or any products cut at customer request are non-refundable or non-returnable.
Buyer must always contact Seller to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Please state the reason for return request, the order number, invoice number, and ship date. RMA number must be clearly marked on all returned items. RMA’s expire 30 days after date of issuance. Please contact us at 800-811-2009 to request and RMA.
REFUSED OR REJECTED SHIPMENTS: Shipments that are refused, rejected or abandoned by the consignee at destination will be returned to the shipper. Return freight charges will be the responsibility of the consignee. These fees, including any applicable restocking fees and outbound shipping charges, will be automatically deducted from the available product refund and credited to the original form of payment within 1-2 weeks of receipt of return.
